30-Day Returns

We understand the importance of your satisfaction with our products. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery to ensure it is in good condition.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received. It should be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact and included with the returned item.

Please note that failure to meet any of these return conditions may result in the rejection of the return request or partial refund. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy or have been deemed ineligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards: Gift cards and e-gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us directly for immediate assistance. We may request pictures or videos of the item to support your claim. In such cases, we will arrange for an exchange or issue a full refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product.


How To Return & Refund

To start a return, you can contact us at (Please attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing its original packaging). If your return is accepted, weโ€™ll send you the return address as well as a code that needs to mark on the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.
